Hans Roux
Managing Director
Hans is a registered Civil Engineer with 35 years of experience, with the proven ability to deliver high-end results for clients and stakeholders. He was tasked with a team of key managers to establish the Raubex brand in Australia, following his success serving on major projects for Tier One contractors in South Africa and Australia, gaining notable project management and contract management experience.
Fred Ballast
Executive Director
Fred is experienced in project and site management of high-traffic volume road and highway projects, in both populated and remote locations. He facilitates cohesive, productive project management and site teams, focused on delivery, safety, and constructability. In this challenging environment, Fred's charisma resonates with clients and greatly enhances the success of Raubex Construction Australia projects.
Sarel van der Walt
Operations Director
Sarel is a registered Civil Engineer with a wealth of practical and project experience in a range of disciplines. With a track record of being pragmatic and hands-on, Sarel started his career as a dam builder of note, following the completion of his Masters in Hydraulics (Civil). He has since pursued roadbuilding as a passion and has a reputation for delivering high quality products to an exceedingly high standard.
Jey Sivabalan
Estimating Manager
Jey is an experienced, registered Quantity Surveyor within the civil construction industry. His ability to successfully manage pricing and the coordination of tender submissions allows Raubex to present feasible and realistic figures with a high degree of accuracy. His understanding, expertise, and tenacity have led him to be a well-known and respected professional in his field.
Belinda Kangleas
Financial Manager
Belinda is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)). She is an accomplished finance professional with more than 17 years’ commercial experience (construction heavy equipment & retail sectors), 16 years in management roles. Her proven work experience is in broad financial management at an operational and corporate level with particular focus on Financial and Managerial Reporting, JSE Listing Requirements (ASX equivalent), Budgeting & Forecasts, System implementation, Tax management, Risk management, Business Intelligence, Payroll and Treasury.
